1. How do I get started?
Please complete the Request for Services form and we will have the appropriate person contact you. Upon receiving your completed form, we will respond to your request within one to two business days.

3. Are special tax credits available to all business entities?
Yes, special tax credits are available to all taxable business entities.
 
4. How much does it cost?
Our fees are a fixed percentage of tax savings realized by your company as a result of claiming California EZ credits/deductions and/or federal tax credits. Please contact us for more information.
 
5. How quickly can you determine our eligibility for various tax credits?
We will determine your eligibility for various tax credits in two to three business days after receiving all required information.
 
6. What kind of tax savings are we talking about?

In the case of California EZ credits, you may be eligible for $37,000 per qualifying employee in tax credits. The credits can be used to offset your current tax liability “dollar for dollar”, applied against taxes paid in the past to results in refunds, or carried forward indefinitely. Tax savings from tax credits can be significant.

Generally, you can use your tax credits against current tax liability, apply them against taxes paid for a refund, or carry them forward indefinitely.

 
8. How do we claim tax credits?
Tax credits can be claimed by attaching appropriate forms to your tax returns. If applying the credits against taxes paid, your prior tax returns are amended to claim refunds.
